Managing Partner · Co-Founder

Chance leads strategy on matters involving legislatures, governors’ offices, state agencies, local governments, and public communications. His background includes service to two members of Congress, two Louisiana governors, state agencies, and a statewide trade association.

Greg Morrison

Partner · Co-Founder

Greg advises clients on business development, transportation, major projects, and state and local government. He has built and expanded companies, led transportation and civic organizations, and served in senior transition and policy roles.

Meg Vanderbrook Bankston

Partner

Meg leads legislative, executive-branch, local-government, energy, coastal, and infrastructure matters. She brings nearly two decades of experience on Capitol Hill and in the administrations of two Louisiana governors.

Ashlee Cannatella McNeely

Director of Operations

Ashlee oversees the operational systems, administration, scheduling, and internal coordination that keep client work moving reliably across the firm.

Sara Landreneau Kleinpeter, PhD

Director, Strategic Initiatives

Sara leads initiatives that cross institutions and communities, including higher education, nonprofit development, public affairs, and relationship building. She brings more than two decades of experience across state government, corporate affairs, higher education, and fundraising.

Senior Associate

Jadyn manages day-to-day public-sector communications, media coordination, and client delivery, keeping information moving between clients, senior leadership, and the broader team.

Brooks supports government affairs and public affairs through policy research, stakeholder engagement, message development, and project coordination. His background includes Louisiana Senate service and public- and private-sector consulting.
